QT apps lifecycle IV – runtime transformations for tests executions | safrm.net

Description:
This part of lifecycle integration is about runtime monitoring test process.

In general Maemo/Meego environment is as executor used testrunner (testrunner-lite cpp process or python based process with or without GUI with stdout and SOAP remote logging socket support). It can be used for QtTestlib unit tests, T-Driver functional tests and other functional tests which supports common XML format . However the test suits can also run independently wrapped by whatever process (for example Java based Jenkins slave).

So this first part is about runtime transformations:

executor – test process – ruby runtime report parsing – reporting to CI
